As the name suggests, this is an ayurvedic therapy in which face & neck is exposed to steam genertaed from milk. The therpy involves gentle massage of face, neck & chest with the suitable ayurvedic oil and then subjecting these parts to steam generated from a blend of cow’s milk and medicated decoctions. The therapy is useful for vataja disorders like facial paralysis, trigeminal neuralgia, pimples and other skin problems.
